Blimey is the world’s only digital learning collaborative platform made for and by persons with vision impairment. It assists persons with vision impairment to gain digital literacy.

You can learn how to use computers. Blimey assists users in learning the operating system, various applications that run on the computer as well as English language.

You need to download the application setup file from www.blimey.live and install it on your Windows PC to start using Blimey.

Blimey is a Windows Desktop Application.
Users need the following specifications to install and run the application:

• Operating System (OS): Windows 7, Windows 10


• Hard Disk: Minimum 1 GB


• RAM: Minimum 1 GB

• Go to www.blimey.live


• Click on the “Download” button.


• This takes you to the Blimey features pop up. Click the “Download” button again.


• The Blimey setup file will download on your computer.


• You can find it in your downloads folder.

After downloading Blimey, you will find the setup file titled “Blimey-Setup.exe” in the downloads folder. Simply press enter and Blimey will get installed.

Once you download Blimey, you need to open the application and create a new account. Thereafter, you can log into Blimey using your email and password.

• Open the Blimey application.


• On the login screen, click on the “New User” button.


• Enter your email, full name, mobile number, password and confirm password.


• Click on the “Add User” button.
